When things don't go the way we want them to be, a great man will be angry or sad or even cry for 5 minutes but will then calm down and rationalize things and will focus on the positive 'triggers'.

He will look at the strengths rather than the weaknesses.

He will build on the strengths and do it real well until people don't even see the weaknesses, though they are there.
