BETRAYAL

Sometimes, when it rains, it pours...both in a good way and in a bad way.

Yesterday, it was more on the negative side.

It's betrayal. Read my lips B-E-T-R-A-Y-A-L.

Many people think of betrayal as infidelity, yet the experience is actually much broader.

At times the hurt feelings can result from a love betrayal, but the same symptoms can also be triggered by an unfaithful coworker, betrayal in a friendship and it can also be just plain disloyalty.

And the emotional distress is often severe -- It cuts like a knife.

And the challenge is how do you rise above all these?

Tough.

But I have to win...

Oh puhlease.

It's a curse...

Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional...

Kam, thank you for always being there though I always take you for granted.
