Nothing beats spending time in front of the mirror admiring my far from perfect body. Counting wrinkles and flaws and chest hair turning grey. Wondering if the dots on the face = melanoma. If they are, blame it on the studio lights not so much the sunlight. Nowadays, don't trust the mirror so much. There could be cameras behind it and soon, you will be on the front page.

We had great speakers on the show.

One of them was Joel Neoh who founded Youthmalaysia.com and started his first entrepreneurial venture at the age of 21. Joel was the winner of Malaysia's first corporate reality TV show, The Firm.

We also had Fara La'Jam, the lady who provides beauty salon services on a bus.

Also, Teakwondo Coach Nur Syahidah Abdullah, Lee Khai Look of Youth 4 Change, Hafizi Harun (Commonwealth Youth Ambassador 2006) and Assoc Prof Dr Mohd Fadzil Che Din.

I was really inspired by Joel's story... You must catch the show next week.
