Customer service in Malaysia has improved tremendously

I was at AmAssurance Bhd at Jalan Lumut in Kuala Lumpur early this morning to renew my car insurance.

The lady who assisted me (I didn't get her name, but she's a beautiful lady wearing a nice tudung) was not only efficient, but friendly and curteous.

Then I went to Maybank at Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam to give the finance company the cover note for them to renew my road tax.

Again, I was impressed with the service. The lady who helped me was equally curteous and efficient.
